L’emplacement était pratique. Au centre de Cemoro Lewang. Bon wifi.

Nous sommes arrivés à 15h, avons check-in. Il a fallu attendre 20h pour avoir des serviettes de douche. La personne à la réception était introuvable toute l’après-midi. L’hôtel mentionne de l’eau chaude. L’eau de la douche était glacée. La chambre est petite et pas agréable. Mauvais rapport qualité prix.

I liked location and the tour with very nice guide. That is it.

The smell in the room was terrible, we had to ventilate by keeping the door open, even though it was very cold. It’s honestly frustrating to read the hotel’s excuses about how much effort they put in and how it’s difficult because the hotel is located high up. Come on, guys, those cobwebs didn’t appear overnight. The toilet wasn’t cleaned, the windows weren’t cleaned either. The place itself has real potential and could be so much better. No one is asking for fancy service, but basic cleanliness is a must.

Bonne localisation pour faire le mont Bromo

Chambre humide et très froide, mauvaise odeur notamment odeur d’égout dans la salle de bain. Difficile d’avoir de l’eau chaude. Personnel très peu présent, +- réactif par message. Partie communes qui semblent laissées à l’abandon
