As BnB owners ourselfs we found the process for payment was unnecessarily complicated with bank transfers, having then to text information, instructions to make follow up phone calls to confirm receipt etc etc As a foreigner it becomes a pain. 2 members of staff. The second one was grea the first one wasn't
