Enchanted room

It was clean

My code refused to work and no one was picking my calls for help . I had to spend some time in my car until morning when a gentleman came out and opened the door for me

Good communication, nice area, easy check-in, we were left alone, very quiet.

Cleanliness of some things were sub-par. There were large spiderwebs on both sides of the front door, there was pubic hair and (maybe?) urine on the toilet seat of the restroom when we came in, clumps of dust on the ceiling fan so we couldn't use it, stray long dark hairs in the comforter, and we were told we could use the pool, but it was dirty and green. The ceiling fan was really the only thing I had an issue with. I was able to clean the toilet seat and remove the hair on my own (I've seen this at hotels as well, not the biggest deal as long as there is cleaner), and we did not plan to use the pool. However, for most guests, I know having a pool is a huge plus. I would recommend for future guests that the owner address these things.

Checking in was very easy and flexible

The two nights I stayed I woke up in the middle of the night with my legs itching a lot. This is likely due to the accumulation of mites (lack of ventilation or not shaking the blankets on a daily basis), because I don’t have any allergies.

The place was exceptionally clean, quiet and comfortable. Host was highly professional and polite. Great location, all the amenities you could need, plenty of room and cozy atmosphere. Definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting a nice quiet place to relax!!! Will use every time I come and visit in Vegas. Home away from home

I loved everything
