An amazing property with a very friendly owner and staff,felt at home,The lady who runs the homestay is super nice and always with a smile.Located in areas of beautiful rice fields away the noise of the city,at the same time it is only 5 minutes by scooter from center,Great place to stay in Hoi An! We really feel comfortable staying here even for 1 day.We will denfinitely comeback when we have a chance. Highly recommend this property to anyone vistiting Hoi An.

They turn off the ac while sleeping , with that kind of humid season and the building itself ! which is very dangerous for travellers that have chronic Astama . The worriest in and out at night is not easy, especially for solo youth travels, which is not convenient. The worriest I have stayed in Vietnam. I wouldn't recommend it to any solo travellers. And if they would provide information also about all they electric control and in and out policies. It's a strange place. May be they have choice of guests also. The worriest hotle i have been in Veitnam .And the balcony is its just a small ray of view standing not as the picture.

Nice location only 20 minutes (beautiful) walking distance to the beach and close to restaurants, mini mart, fruit stalls etc. The woman who runs the homestay is super nice and welcoming. The room was just like in the pictures with a big bathroom.

Everything was good

The place is well maintained and tidy at all times. The staff is generous and polite. They assisted me get a motorbike and gave me a discount! Old town is a few minutes drive from the stay. Many restaurants nearby as well.

Hot water is available only for a few minutes..then you have to wait for several minutes for it to heat up again.
