"IDEAL PARA VIAJEROS MOCHILEROS"

La ubicación es ideal porque está en una zona tranquila, cerca al mar y a 30 minutos del Centro Histórico de Lima. El precio es súper cómodo, el Hospedaje es ideal para viajeros mochileros que quieran ahorrar dinero en alojamiento. Tiene una entrada independiente y un sistema de seguridad para el ingreso.

El predio es antiguo y podrían realizar algunas renovaciones para mejorar su aspecto.

"Terrible building, good price"

- There is a kitchen. - There is a bed. - The price was good.

- Building is in a really bad state of disrepair. The plaster is peeling off the walls. - While there is a kitchen there is not one item of cutlery available to eat the food you cooked. - The room I had was extremely small. - The kitchen is too small for several people to cook at the same time so you often have to wait for all the others to finish.

"Bad experience"

Nothing good at this place. For sure backpackers want to save money on accommodations but this one was really old,dirty and there are cockroaches running around. I've booked 3 nights but run away the day after I've seen those cockroaches in my room. I had a sleepless night with the lights on as I was afraid that those insects would be come on the bad as they were running on the furniture as well

The whole thing is just unbelievably old, dirty and smelly. I can't believe they operate it as a guests house

The owner is very attentive to any questions and to help you if you need it through messages or calls. They also have other services such as a kitchen and a washing machine available. The price and the place are comfortable. Needed to go to a concert and didnt need to wake up anyone bc they have automatic doors with a password the owner gives you

I think the bathroom could improve but not bad for a friendly place with your pocket.
