Nine Arch View Ella

Kind host, very good hospitality, nice room and the most beautiful view in Sri Lanka. We had a very delicious breakfast.

Location is amazing, host family is amazing as well.

The water pressure is low

The stunning view of the nine arch Bridge was amazing and the walk down to it was probably under 15 minutes. The family were able to provide breakfast.

When you arrive, be aware that it is very high up and on one side of the entrance thee is a steep drop. Care must be taken if you are travelling with young children. For us, 2 adults, it was not a problem.

The view was amazing. You can see the nine arch and nicely. The lady host was kind and good! There is no fan or ac it's bit hot for me personally. Also no wifi!

Very disappointed in the first day as soon as i arrived around 11pm he took me to another room. He said me that a tourist had an issue with his booking and there was no place to the kids and they gave my room for someone also as per him he said i got late to come. This is soo bad even i got late to come I'm paying the full amount. The room he gave didn’t had a good view and the room was different location (around 50m from the exact place) the room was dirty was not clean even the bed sheet was not clean. Disappointed from the start. Next day i felt early and said him to transfer my bag to the correct room and he did it. For the day 2 i called him several times before i go out for 30min to send me the breakfast and he didn't pick up the phone. After 5-6 times calling him once i asked for breakfast he said i didn't inform early so it will take time. (My package was included with breakfast)

Incredible view of Nine Arch Bridge, lovely friendly hosts and a massive homemade breakfast each morning!
