"Excellent location and good accomodation with an excellent landlord"

Easy walking distance from railway station and the town centre. Very friendly landlord. Given access to the kitchen so breakfast simple (we ate out for other meals). Bed comfortable. Excellent value for money

Given the low price everything was up to the standard we expected

The location for York Minster was 8min walk. The owners were friendly and helpful welcoming. Clean shower room and toilet.

There is no kettle in the room.

"Lovely, warm in room and nice clean and fresh bedding with plenty of space too. Would stay there again if returned back"

Ideal location as near the city centre and train station which was very handy.

All was great but the bathroom was rather nippy as no heater in there also some mould in the shower which would be benefit re sealing or clean up.

"距離約克車站走路10分鐘左右可到，至老街也是步行輕鬆可到；屋主相當親切；住宿房間位在2樓及3樓，大型行李箱雖然不方便拿進房間，但可以把行李箱放在後院儲藏室"
