Fantastic location. Very reasonable pricing.
Smelly toilet. Bad smell throughout our stay. So much so I didn't want to go in to take a shower. I feel insecure with the railing of the upper bed as it is too low (just 2-3 inches tall) to protect me from rolling and falling over. So I slept perpendicularly to the usual sleeping direction.

It's small and affordable for a lone-traveler or with fiancé. Easy to go around town, quite near to the popular street of times square street. No face to face interaction with staff, good for social anxiety people or people who prefer to avoid some crowds of people.
Told the owner of the hotel that I wanted a clean room, came in to the room and found out there was filthy clothing of previous owner underwear and brassiere. The bed was too hard to sleep, the cushion must have been crush to mince at that point.

Facilities provided convenient to guest with good price offered than elsewhere.
Aircond is not powerfull enough even set at 16 degree celcius. Otherwise everthing else is superb
