"Very disappointed."

We were not able to use the app to open the main entrance so we were not able to enter after trying for at least half an hour. Tried to call the owner, but no respond. In the end, luckily, another tenant came back and we drove our car out. We were stranded at the porch area without any help and standing outside feeding the mosquitoes. How are we to rate when we don't even get to stay while the room is paid for. Imagine the disappointment. In the end, we have to booked another hotel to stay for the night.

clean, convenient , modern, tech enabled . rooms and facilities in the room thoughtfully designed. and more than enough plug points. lighting was tastefully done and bathrooms are excellent
