Villastadens Pendlarbostad

Very nice modernization of an older building. Great comfort while preserving the genuine feel. I travelled alone but I imagine this property to be perfect for a larger group bringing the generous kitchen and lounge areas to better use. Location is exceptional within a very quiet and safe residential neighbourhood, close to the University, Lantmäteriet, the city, and green park areas like the Boulogner forest.

Only a few very minor issues. A few of the many ceiling spots were out, and the great looking large clock on the wall was not working. Other mention the stairs, and that could possible be an issue for older people with very large/heavy bags, but not otherwise.

We had 2 rooms (lockable) of 3 rooms big apartment. Apartment is in nice historical building, interior were very nice, felt historical, and certainly very different from "regular" apartments. Very good location: quiet residential area, among other nice houses, lots of greenery, maybe 7 min of walk to the city center.

There is a great evening gathering in the garden, a great ball ritual, see included picture. 😉 to be honest, it was a very tasteful and cozy place, thanks to the owners. Best regards!

A little bit cold in bathroom and room. But ok, meat stays better in the cold. Be ready to pay with Paypal our Sek.

A bit of cleaning would improve the property. Some hooks for clothing and shelves needed in the shower room.

We are very happy with our unit on the attic and it's attached kitchen and toilet. Very satisfied. It is clean.

Not all
