The location was perfect for exploring the Baie Herculane and nearby hills and waterfall.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean.

Everything was new, the location is in the old town which was perfect for me

In the bathroom from the shower the water was leaking

The bed was really really comfortable, the stuff was very friendly and willing to guide us in finding the location even at 10:30 in the night. So big thank you for this! The air conditioner was very effective in making the room warm. The stuff offered us a fridge, even though they didn't mention that they had this facility and this helped us a lot!

They didn't have parking spots (even though I asked them for this and they've confirmed that they do), there was space on the street but it is a narrow street and we weren't comfortable to let our car there because it is a big one. The good thing is that there is a parking in just a minute (walk) distance from the location (it's not free but it's affordable). Also, the shower cabins were leaking a lot of water but they offered us a mop, so was fine.

Cheap and fragile furniture. If you are on the heavy side the bed will not hold you, if your not on the heavy side (like my wife) you will sink into the bed. The mattress is very soft + the flexible bars that hold the mattress are fixated in plastic supports and pop out very easy. So you will find your self on the floor often. The shower cabin is poorly isolated, and the floor is uneven. You will end up with a puddle in the bathroom after the shower and you need to get a mop and clear it yourself.

The bed is not the best, but for the money that we payed is fine.
