"Nice hotel, but not very good maintenance."

The location, far from the city center, in a beautiful area. The bed was very confortable and the toilet big and proper. The owner send us a nice WhatsApp explainning all things we could do in Ella which was very nice.

The maintenance was not that good, specially on the balcony's furniture and lights (the front one was not working). The mosquito net is repaired with celo tape, which is not very nice. Should indicate the there is quite a steep path to get there. We did not mind but it could be a problem for somebody.

"Heerlijk"

Het ontbijt was heerlijk en personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

De muren van de kamer konden wel een likje verf gebruiken, er zat hier veel schimmel. Verder was de kamer wel schoon!!

Great stay in Ella. The room overlooks the forest which you look over every morning with breakfast and the room was clean and comfortable

The deluxe room is really nice, with great views. Modern and comfortable with everything you need. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were really helpful, and they carried our luggage up and down as there is a steep hill to get to the room

Nothing I didn’t like, but one suggestion is to have more dedicated tuk tuk contacts for customers, as pick me and uber apps do not work in Ella and local tuk tuk drivers are charging excessive amounts compared to other places i.e. 4,000 for a distance that costs 600 in other areas. Not everyone earns dollars, euro or pounds so allowing the over charging makes it bad for everyone else

"Very good, amazing views, and a good breakfast too"

Good size room, fridge included, and a hot shower

Slightly too far out of town, and a very steep climb up from the property to the road, however this wasn't an issue

"Lovely location and peace and quiet just outside Ella."

Location and views were amazing. Large room with own balcony. Out of town but plenty of restaurants within easy walk.
