Really cute and thoughtful little place located close to the city but in a quiet area/street. Really feels like a little home. The owners are so lovely and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, they even gave me some snacks to take on my bus trip when I left. It's clean and there is always hot water. perfect for a solo traveller but could also easily sleep 4 people. beautiful plants in the hallway and free water!

beds are on the hard side, but the rest of the place makes up for this.

296 Cetete beats all your expectations about budget accommodation, exhibiting a fine example of good value for money. I think that chances are high that you will be pleasantly surprised at this place if and when you get to stay here.

the rooms are worth the money. the owner is so nice, kind hearted, very helpful. we arrive here around 5 am and they still serve us politely. they provide the best service and it was a super comfortable vacation in dalat with them..they also helped us arrange for the shuttle bus to bus station and provide us a dessert before going back. for the rooms, it is very nice, clean, and spacious. we also rented 3 bike which the price is cheap, 110k for each. definitely will repeat this place if we are visit dalat again. dont think twice about this home, just book and you will have a wonderful and relaxing vacation in dalat. fully recommended. love from malaysia.

There was space for bike parking outside the room. The owner dropped us off at the local bus station after our stay.

The bed was very uncomfortable making it difficult to sleep. The room was right next to the entrance and it not soundproof so we could hear the gate opening and closing all the time. The room had a musty smell and left our clothes feeling damp. There were lots of ants in the room. We have stayed in much nicer accommodations in Vietnam for similar price/cheaper so it did not feel like good value for money.

Lavie the host was very helpful and kind that she waited for me to check in even when it was a little late at night. Fully furnished room with water kettle, filtered water, and hairdryer. The room was very clean with cute decor, and nicely scented which reminds me a lot of Japan :)

The owner was friendly and cooperative with our additional requests. Good quality for internet and no noice from neighbors. Location close to restaurants and city center (1 km). Good price for accomodation.
