Double booked didn't stay at the place

I liked the location of the accommodation. It's in a very beautiful and safe area of Phoenix.

My experience was very disappointing from the moment I arrived. I booked a room with an en-suite bathroom, but I was given a room without a bathroom instead, while someone else was allocated the room I had originally booked. The level of customer service was poor, and there seemed to be little respect for guests. The kitchen was dirty and reportedly had not been cleaned for two days. What made the stay even worse was that there is a car panel workshop operating on the same premises, making it noisy and not suitable for rest or relaxation. Staff also kept knocking on my window repeatedly asking for my car keys so they could move my vehicle around because the yard was overcrowded with cars. The photos online and some of the reviews are very deceiving. The actual rooms are nothing like what is advertised. Overall, this was an uncomfortable and frustrating stay.

Totally loved the place and area..very safe to walk around..all shops are very close:.quiet area with many different shops ..convenient 👌🏾👌🏾Everything you need is a walk away .
