There is no elevator. The staircase is spiral, very steep, and lacks handrails, making both ascent and descent unsafe. Accommodation is effectively unsuitable for people with reduced mobility. The exit from the apartments leads directly onto the roadway — there is no sidewalk, and no barriers or railings are installed. The room is extremely small — approximately 7–8 square meters. Furnishings are minimal: two beds, a small bedside table, a wardrobe, and a refrigerator. There is no space to store luggage (bags or suitcases). The bathroom has a step, which is also inconvenient and potentially unsafe. Cleanliness is questionable: black hairs were found on the bed linen. Breakfast is very limited and consists only of cold items: a few slices of vegetables (tomatoes and cucumbers), low-quality sausage, a small piece of cheese, butter, jam, and an egg. The view from the window is of a brick wall with graffiti reading “INTIFADA”. For comparison, I have stayed many times in Edirne (Hotel Trakya). With a price difference of about €10 for two nights, the level of comfort is completely different — including breakfast, rooms, and service. Conclusion: I do not recommend this accommodation to anyone, especially elderly guests and families with children.

Almost every aspect of the accommodation needs improvement, starting from basic safety to the overall level of service. In its current condition, the property does not meet even minimal expectations of comfort and convenience. The key issue is the discrepancy between the actual conditions and what is advertised. In particular, the information in the listing on Booking.com should be accurate and complete. Potential guests must be able to clearly understand the real conditions in advance, including room size, access features, safety aspects, and the actual format of the breakfast. Without addressing these issues and aligning the description with reality, this property cannot be recommended.
