Absolutely nothing

I can honestly say this is one of the absolute worst hostels I have ever stayed at in my life. There is no connection between the photos and the reality. The host was very unpleasant, the room was dirty and looked nothing like the pictures, and at 2:30 AM people were shouting and making a lot of noise. I asked the host to do something about it, but there was nobody at reception who seemed to care or actually take responsibility. There is no order or management here. The only positive thing I can say is that the host agreed to shorten my stay to one night, even though I had already asked to cancel my stay after just one hour. In the morning, when I woke up, the host apologized for the noise and said she didn’t know there had been such a mess. She asked if I managed to sleep, and I told her I hadn’t slept even for one minute. Her response was simply to apologize and say that I still had to pay for that night. She didn’t even offer any compensation. What a disgrace of a hostel and a disgraceful way to treat a guest. I paid over €30 per night for the room, which in this area could have gotten me an amazing room in a resort or hotel. Instead, I received a musty, unpleasant room. When I complained, the host simply said something like: “Yes… it might be sand on the floor. If you want, they can clean it.” Honestly, it was just absurd. With a little more respect, the host should have offered a full refund for the unpleasant experience, instead of making me spend the night in a place I clearly did not want to stay in. I hope anyone with even basic standards reads this and thinks carefully before booking.

The host is very lovely and all the rescue dogs and cats are so cute! It's an amazing place with cool people, very social and perfect for a stay to chill at the beach and be still close to town.

Ostello molto vicino al mare

Poca pulizia, l'ostello è pieno di cani bravissimi che però fanno pipí ovunque anche sulle gambe del tavolo sul quale si mangia o sulle gambe del divano... I lettini in spiaggia sono distrutti e davvero sporchissimi. Molto caro per i servizi che offre rispetto ad altri ostelli in Vietnam nei quali siamo stati
