The position in the town centre

1) the airport pick up service arrived 55 minutes later while we were waiting in the heat with a temperature of 39 degrees. He didn’t even apologise, neither did the host. When we arrived at the guesthouse the driver even asked us a tip. 2) we found a huge cockroach and a gecko in the bathroom. 3) before checking-out the host made us pay 75,900 vnd extra on the final total card payment due and agreed on our booking, which was ALREADY including taxes and fees. We didn’t see it immediately, but just after we left we sent her a message asking our refund back, but at first she insisted the extra was due because we paid by card, and finally she ignored our request on her unfair procedure. That’s why we contacted booking.com customer support and started a refund complaint.

Friendly, clean, simple. Good shower, nice room. Anh is lovely

It could do with an air conditioned common area.

Homestay moderne, a 10 mn à pied du centre-ville. Location de scooter, recommandé pour s’extraire de la foule, parcourir les environs et aller à la plage. Anh, la propriétaire, est affectueuse, serviable et accommodante.

Demander une chambre avec fenêtre sur l’extérieur. Plutôt bruyant de bon matin.

The building looks new and very clean, so did the room Breakfast was great The owner is very nice and helpful, she arranged the rental of bicycles and took care of our laundry

A little expensive

The host Anh is amazing, very accomodating, helpful and such a lovely smile. Location is excellent.

Chambre neuve, moderne et très propre ! Le lit était très confortable et la salle de bain était très bien (avec une porte pour la douche ;) ). Personnel très sympa, ils nous ont laissé prendre une douche avant notre bus de nuit. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et bon.

Je recommande d’ajouter une ventilation dans la salle de bain car il n’y avait pas de fenêtre. Mais c’est vraiment un détail :)
