Sophia is very kind and attentive, as are the members of her family. Upon arrival, she provided us with all the necessary information about the city and available activities while welcoming us with fresh fruit. They offer motorbike and bicycle rentals, excursions, laundry service, and airport transfers. In fact, we used the airport transfer upon our arrival—it was easy, quick, and reasonably priced. Highly recommended! The room was super comfortable—spacious, bright, clean, and exactly as described in the listing. It even had a balcony to enjoy and thoughtful welcome details. One of the highlights was the overall peace and quiet of the accommodation, which we truly appreciated, as it allowed us to rest properly—just what we were looking for. What more do you want ......!!! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this home stay for 2 nights, and it was an incredible experience. Everything was perfect—the location was great (around 15 min to the main place which is the 'old village' and the night market, the room was good, the beds are confortable, the WIFI was good and they offer bicycle for free ..... But what truly stood me out was the kindness of Ms. Sophia, her husband Mr Thai, and their entire family Thai's parents and the kids. I arrived at 7:00 am, they allowed me to take a rest in the lobby's couch i was very tired as i had a long trip of 11 hours by bus. The same thing when the departure, my bus was at 4:00 pm, i stayed in the lobby till 3:00 pm (it was very hot and dry outside) Basically this Guest house doesn't offer breakfast, but as I had benefited from GENIUS booking offered me free breakfast, Mrs. Sophia prepared it for me both days (eggs, toast, watermelon, coffee) It’s rare to encounter such warm and generous hosts. Thank you for making my stay in Hoi An unforgettable! I highly recommend this Homestay.

The air con wasn't the coolest but still ok and there was also a fan Some building work going on nearby but could barely hear it
