Clean, big room, comfy beds, nice balcony, provided a big bottle of water. Good location just a bit of a walk to the centre but that was no issue. Lovely owners, made us feel very welcome, invited us to join a family occasion which was very much enjoyed! The lady also gave us a good luck charm each to put on our bags! Thank you so much

Os funcionários são educados e prestativos. Cama, chuveiro e café da manhã bons. Bem localizado.

Para mim que sou sensível a ruídos, escutava todo o encanamento, bomba de água e os outros hóspedes, isolamento acústico não é muito bom. A internet não é muito estável.

"La familia se lleva el protagonismo."

Realmente la familia se lleva el protagonismo de todo el lugar! Ella es encantadora y su hijo khoa es muy simpatico y habla un excelente ingles lo cual es muy util y transmite seguridad por cualquier imprevisto. El lugar tiene algunas cosas a mejorar, pero el precio-calidad es muy bueno. En la habitación tienen todo lo que necesitas: toallas, cepillos de dientes, jabón, y shampoo (no tiene acondicionador). Punto positivo es que tienen un dispenser de agua filtrada para recargar tu botella. La ubicación es un 10, se encuentra en una pequeña calle que evita el caos de las principales, aun que hubo una noche que se escuchaba música fuerte de un bar cercano (no me quito el sueño).

El desayuno es un poco limitado pero tienen al menos una opción para cada gusto. La ducha tiene buena presión pero a veces sube y baja la temperatura repentinamente. Algo negativo sobre eso es que ademas el baño se moja entero y no tiene ningún trapeador como para secarlo.

"Good for a couple nights in Hoi an, very nice host family"

Very nice hosts. Good location. Good breakfast. Provided maps, laundry service and bicycle rental.

Room was a bit noisy and smelly, bed a bit hard.
