החדר לא היה נקי (רצפה, מצעים, מגבות) היו לנו הרבה מאוד נמלים בחדר מיטה קשה

Famille adorable. Bien a lecoute. Proches des clients. Belle terrasse en haut. Bon emplacement, calme. Je conseille vivement.

Pas d'ascenseur mais la famille vous aide, vraiment sympathique.

The loveliest family!! So helpful, smiley and kind. Definitely worth a stay if you're staying in Hoi An. Good location, easily walkable to all the main attractions in town. Large and comfy rooms at such a cheap price.

Could have been slightly cleaner but not an issue and is in line with Vietnam cleanliness we experienced everywhere else.
