The place was clean, the bed super comfortable, and the private pool was great. I did not use it much but only because it was not hot enough. Breakfast was good (delicious omelette and coffee) but I had to choose it the day before which can be a bit tedious. The room however smelled of damp, it needs to be aired more. I booked to stay 3 nights but left after the first, only because there was construction happening next door and they started drilling at 8am even on a Sunday morning. I moved to a hotel in the old quarter. I think the price is a bit high for the location but justifiable with the private pool (which is really nice and clean, must be a treat on a hot day after sightseeing). The beach nearby is quite sad as it looks like there are huge sand bags placed to prevent it from eroding, it was quite dirty (at least the part I saw). I took a Grab to go/return from old town and it was around 30k for 10 min ride, so very easy.

I think the room needs to be aired more, it had a very strong smell of damp, felt very humid.

Tout était parfait, kim toujours serviable et accueillante, la chambre très bien décorée et très propre, la petite piscine privative. La possibilité de louer un scooter sur place. Je recommande super rapport qualité prix 👍👌

I arrived just after a typhoon hit. The guest house by the sea was not in good condition. So I was relocated a little further away and I only found out when I arrived and that the address given was not the right one. That said, the room was just like in the pictures.

Eine Unterkunft mit vielen Highlights, allen voran der private Pool. Die Hausherrin ist super nett und das Frühstück sehr sehr lecker. Ich habe hier eine der besten Pho während unserer 6-wöchigen Reise gegessen. Auch das Cao Lau ist ein Traum. Die Unterkunft befindet sich nicht direkt am Strand, zu Fuß erreicht man diesen aber in wenigen Minuten. Wir hatten Leihfahrräder und konnten so die nähere Umgebung und die Altstadt erkunden. Im Standzentrum ist es sehr voll, ich würde daher diese Unterkunft in Strandnähe immer wieder bevorzugen.

Great small place in easy walking distance to beach . Some of the rooms have their own private pool, even on the first floor. Nothing like a relaxingpricate swimm when getting home from exploring the beautiful hoi an. The proprietor was kind enough to upgrade me to such a private pool room. I can absolutely recommend it. Nothing like watching a thunderstorm from your own covered pool

Beach was a walk away, about 10 minutes. Breakfast was simple but absolutely more than adequate and tasty, made fresh every morning having ordered our preferences the day before. Rooms were fabulous: sliding doors opening to our own pools! Staff made us very welcome, shared information about the local area/ammenities in the town. We were able to leave our bags in storage before leaving. Bathroom was equipped with shampoo/gel etc, tea and coffee, water in the fridge and beer/drinks to buy of required.
