Very friendly

It was clean, they change the towels every day. ( Not good for the environment by the way). Good location nearby the beach and markets.

I notice there is a "fake kindness" in all the village of Hoian to the foreigners, if you are white is even better. I understand is very touristic, they just want money from tourist. I talked to owner of the family, first he said yes you can cook in our kitchen, after two days he changed his mind and told me: "you can't use the kitchen anymore", and I had bought so much food to cook. Maybe we miss understand, he seems to speak English very good, but not sure If he understands as well.

The family here is so nice. They offer free bike rentals, recommendations on the area, and assisted me in booking a shuttle to Da Nang airport. Laundry done here for 30k/kg. The bathroom is cleaned every day. The location is equidistant from the beach and old town. There are lots of restaurants and a local market nearby. A communal fridge and refill drinking water is available.

The room is quite small with 5 beds squished in there. Not a lot of floor space to move around when there's multiple people. There was a couple in my dorm which was quite annoying because they were chatty.

Comfy bed, free bicycle, free drinking water, locker, small fridge, everything is clean and functional. Good location. Pleasant and helpful hosts.

The address/location on booking.com is incorrect. The true address is 200B/6, Le Thanh Tong. A few more outside seats would be nice.

Great little homestay, the dorm is comfy and the place is really clean. You have a small fridge and can boil water. Also the bycicle is really welcome and useful, so you have all you need there. Lac and his wife are really nice, and their place is well located in the middle of all locations.
