Place was comfortable, clean and staff where amazing.

Ledis is beautyful and care. Nice, comfortable , clean room. Place close to Metro, and only 25 minutes by Metro from Airport!

The location of this place was perfect for us as it was a 15 minute drive to the airport. The bathroom, kitchen and room were all clean. Good value for money and the host was very lovely, even though there was a big language barrier.

The room was very hot with no fan, the beds weren't the comfiest but okay for one night and the window opened to a back ally which had poor ventilation.

Such a friendly hostess even tho she only speaks Portuguese. Room was ok. Bathroom was ok. Kitchen facilities good tho small. Lift to 3rd floor. Nearby supermarket. Near Arrios metro stop and stop for 716 bus to bus station.

No fan and with the window open there was some traffic noise as our room overlooked the street. All good really tho.

The only thing I can say I liked was the location and cleanliness.

I stayed with my mother. From the moment we arrived at the location, there was no explanation regarding check-in. When I called her on the phone she only spoke Portuguese and I didn't understand her. Luckily, people passing by on the street helped us and we found it. The way the woman looked at us and behaved as if she had no idea we were coming during check-in was completely disgusting. My mother and I felt like we were at the police station or in prison. I have stayed through booking for more than 7 years. I have stayed in many hostels and hotels and I have never seen such behavior in my life. Definitely a place that should not be on booking.com. If you like police station or prison guard behavior, you can choose it. Note: The room we stayed in does not look like the room in the photos. We looked through the window into a narrow space. She asked for an extra 58 euros per night for a place with a decent window.
