Bedroom Elegance Blue

(We are reviewing for the accommodation we were switched to (Rua José Falcão 34)) The staff member, Hussein, was nice and helpful. The apartment seemed clean and well taken care of.

We were informed to check in to an address (Rua José Falcão 34), which we noticed was different than the one on the Booking.com listing. We were a bit surprised. We asked about it and they said they decided to give us a better room in a better building. We queried further and apparently it was due to an overbooking in the other building (Rua Morais Soares - Bedroom Elegance Blue). We couldn't verify that the given room was the same or better than the original one. The room was a little bit small and the door couldn't open fully. It touched part of the bed. In the bathroom there were no hooks or towel rail, unfortunately.

Location, price.

Shared space with not too clean houseguest. They left the bathrooms filthy. This had nothing to do with the staff or accommodation.

Jó helyen van a szállás, könnyen megközelíthető, tisztaság, udvariasság, A csomagjainkat a szobában tovább hagyhattuk megőrzésre. Egy közös folyosóról 4 kiadó szoba nyílik, 2 közös fürdőszoba, 2 WC-vel + 1 zuhanyzó. Közösen használt konyha. Nem okozott különösebb ütközést a közös használat.

A Booking.com ajánlatból nem derült ki egyértelműen, hogy közös használatú a fürdőszoba, WC, Ez számunkra előzetesen csalódást okozott.
