The room is small, there is no t.v or a fridge in the room, for the prices they're charging you would expect a bit more in accessories.

I stayed in a room next to the staircase, and unfortunately, I could hear every footstep from people entering and leaving the building throughout the night, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. For the price charged, I believe the owner could invest in soundproofing these rooms to improve guests' comfort. Additionally, if you opt for a private bathroom, be aware that it has no heating. While an electric heater is provided for the main room, the bathroom remains quite cold, which can be uncomfortable, especially in colder months. At €350 for five days, I feel there’s room for improvement in terms of amenities and overall comfort. Would I stay here again? Not at the current price. However, if the rates were more reasonable or improvements were made, I might reconsider.

So freaking noisy all day long!

I have had 3 different stays in it in May and June due to my research work at ULisboa. I am deeply grateful to the owner and the young guys cleaning the apartment and doing the check-in. It's near the city centre, seconds away from the Arroios metro station and very tranquil. It is not crowded at all. Even some nights I was alone! Guests are quiet and respectful, rooms are big and sunny, and you feel super safe in the apartment. I fully recommend it. Muito obrigado.

Nothing to like this place totally terrible.

Terrible place no one should go this place * the lamp was not work. No light. * kinda far away to city center. * totally not safe * people are rude totally they never speak English. *how many people lives in the place I can not count. * no receipt for the tax. *

The property is clean and it’s close to the metro which makes it easy to get around the city and to and from the airport. It’s a decent price for Lisbon which seems quite expensive.

There was nobody at the property to greet me and I had to wait outside with my luggage for 20 minutes, the hairdryer overheats so couldn’t dry my hair in one go, I was woken up one night to let guests in because someone has out the internal lock on the main door, I was locked out the following evening for the same reason and the check out time is too early.
