"I assume that the rating is overstated by 4 times."

Good communication with the manager by phone, easy check-in and access to the room. There is a refrigerator where you can leave your food and make yourself breakfast.

Freshness of bed linens and towels, cleanliness of rooms, cleanliness of toilets and bathrooms. I doubt anyone disinfects the toilets and bathrooms. I wouldn't use the dishes in the kitchen for myself. There is mold in the bathroom and bedroom. I would recommend wearing a protective suit when showering. There are cobwebs in the corners and on the ceiling, someone hasn't cleaned for a very long time. Even for such a low price I don't recommend this place.
