Spacious Low Rise Condo

Everything is good except the wifi I think they forgot to pay the bill and we are going to have make cook our food in microwave but suddenly we do not do it because the microwave has a left over food with AMAG na maybe the cleaner forgot to clean it before we check in and also the aircon need to clean. But everything was good during are stay.

The location is near the bus stations in Cubao. The place is spacious.

No toiletries or slippers. The big room is beside a small road. Did not sleep well as I could hear the barking of dogs. The building is old but the flat is fine.

The property was very good for its price! We were 6 who used the place and we all had a great stay. They have 2 comfort rooms. The other other is just okay but not so nice. There was a little problem with the AC, but they fixed it right away. The owner was also very much available; once you chat or call him, he replies right away. We had an early checkout, and the owner was so kind and allowed us to leave our things in their office since we had a lot of baggage and we wanted to visit places for the day. The staff was also helpful and nice. We are satisfied with the experience! :)

I hope there was a hook where clothes can be hung in the bathroom.
