Very spacious and comfy. Equipped with complimentary snacks and drinks. Even got mini snack bar for tenant to buy in case having midnight craving 😅. Easy to find food stall or restaurants.

Low water pressure. Need to fix kitchen door for safety. Other than that what's not to like
