El lugar era limpio y espacioso. Se podía usar la cocina y los espacios para comer, además de tener café y agua gratis. El lugar está a menos de 5 minutos de la estación Venecia Mestre lo que es genial, pero a su veces un poco más ruidoso. Todo muy bien en general

Las instalaciones y servicios excelentes. El personal se esfuerza mucho porque estés a gusto y por brindarte información valiosa para visitar Venecia.

La zona en la noche no nos encantó, se sentía un tanto peligrosa.

"Très pratique pour les trains du matin."

La chambre est confortable, à trois minutes à pied de la gare de Mestre. Tout l'appartement est propre, et bien équipé. Du café est mis à la disposition du client, ainsi que quelques gâteaux pour le petit déjeuner.

"Potable pour une nuit mais pas plus"

L'emplacement, le logement est situé à quelques pas de la gare de Venise Mestre. Réfrigérateur, cafetière avec capsules et eau dans les parties communes à disposition. Literie assez confortable.

La chambre était dans son jus. De nombreux défauts apparents : traces d'humidité aux murs de la chambre et au plafond de la salle de bain, trous dans le carrelage de la salle de bain, plaque d'aluminium posée autour du chauffage sans travaux de remise en conformité. Aucun investissement n'est fait pour améliorer l'état de la chambre. Les murs ne sont pas épais, on entend tous les déplacements des voisins durant toute la nuit. Les volets permettent une obscurité totale de la chambre mais les lumières allumées dans le couloir par les autres occupants gênent l'endormissement. Aucune indication sur la localisation du logement lors de la prise de contact par l'établissement. Nous aurions aimé savoir que le logement se trouvait au deuxième étage, porte 4 pour trouver facilement.

I booked this B&B at the last minute because I needed somewhere close to the train station. I was very happy with the accommodations, and I will definitely consider staying here again if I return to Mestre.
