CENTRAL HOME

I had a great view from the room. It was also clean and good location.

The apartment is very central and reasonably priced. The view from the top floor is beautiful. Decent for short term.

The staff were not present. No cleaning in the entire month I stayed and I ended up washing my own bedding and towels. And buying cleaning products to clean. The neighbors are very noisy with karaoke almost every night.

Room

No service. No receptionnist. I had to phone to reeive the key, waited 15 minutes. Then I was locked inside, had to be helped by a customer who told me the code that the tennant has not given to me.

Location is quiet and peaceful, hidden in a small street without any traffic and any noisy activity. The building is super clean, well maintained. The owner was always in contact with us over the phone, so we could check in early. Beds are super comfy and large. City view is a nice bonus. Room has a fridge and a kettle. I will definitely choose this homestay next time again.

The host family was warm and kind and the house was so clean and a washer was equipped on the top. And there were good PHO noodle canteens nearby and Japanese restaurant "Phong Sushi" in around 1km to the south. In addition, I enjoyed some movies and animations on the pay channel for free.

Sometimes no one was inside so you need to call the owner. Therefore, you need to prepare a SIM card.

We were generally happy with the location as well as the size and features of the room. It does get hot from sun because of the amount of glass but this is all manageable, and besides the room listing did promote views and they were certainly there stretching over the city and as far as seeing Nui Ham Rong :) We were offered and made use of the laundry facility, thank you.

Although the room was cleaned before we checked in, the floor felt dirty underfoot when we entered and we also felt that the mat at the bathroom door was very dirty. It is for these reasons that I don't feel able to rate the property higher and also why we would think twice about booking here again.

It's easy to find The Central Home in downtown Pleiku. It's in a quiet neighborhood, which has a big Phở stall at the entrance to the alley. I had a fancy room arranged on the third floor with great view to the city.

Nothing to dislike

Everything is actually there, just needs maintenance and a lot of cleaning. Mold in bathroom and refrigerator, cigarettes on staircase. Location on booking and Google maps is wrong, struggle to find and even more to open a code pin lock from the other side of the gate. Can't really recommend this place
