Great private parking Great verandah eventhough weather was bad Chiara and her father Rocco very friendly Shower was good

The bed was awful, the worst ever. No kettle to boil water, must use a pot. If I wanted to go camping I would! Not so private, it is 6 rooms in a house. Luckily we had no one except some day visitor. Be more clearer on booking.com especially of you want to bring a pet, they told us 20 euro for "cleaning of dog" only when we arrived however I told them we are bringing a dog before we arrived. Nonetheless I didn't pay, and I certainly would not have!

The view was spectacular!

The distance to the main strip in the town. Chiara and Rocco drove us down and picked us up every time. I can’t say enough with how hospitable they were. What a lovely family! They made us feel at home! Highly recommend!

The host Rocco is super welcoming, he accommodated our request for a late check in. The communication was very good, he always answered our calls immediately. Thank you Rocco for everything.

Big room, very clean, big and lovely yard. The owners are very nice and friendly, and you must try Rocco’s trip with the ‘took took’

A labyrinth of streets worthy of the Cretan minotaur navigated only with the aid of the modern equivalent of Ariadne’s thread – set your sat nav! – we found Chiara’s warm welcome, beautifully equipped room and comfortable bed far superior to anything Odysseus experienced. Breakfast on the balcony overlooking the straits of Messina was another simple delight – both culinary and visual. We asked about a restaurant for our evening meal – Chiara’s father loaded us into his comfortable motor-tricycle and took us there – and fetched us back. We would still be trying to find our way and would never have enjoyed the excellent swordfish – a must in this town.

Having to leave the next morning..........

Fantastic place. Feels like a home. Stayed only one night but I will come back for sure..
