This is a value stay. The room is functional and very clean. The old town and beaches are walking distance about 10 minutes and there are markets and shops and stores very close by. They held parking for us right in front of the hotel.

The beds are very basic and lack the comfort we are used to (we are from Canada and beds are just more soft). There is no sound proofing or wall decor to absorb sound so you hear every door and child crying, even a floor away. One of the reasons I picked this place was the image of the balcony sea view with the fruit and juice. That did not match our experience.

I liked the quietness of the area, the impressive view. You are close to everything, so you can visit the area very quickly. The apartment was very clean and everything was carefully arranged. The staff was very kind and ready for any help that might be needed. Thank you!😀

The location was perfect. It was really easy to get on foot both to the beach and to the restaurants - cafés. The view was amazing! The owners were very hospitable and helpful. If we ever come back to Ulcinj we would definitely choose it again

It would be better if we knew in advance that we have to take our shoes of to get in the building
