Clean room and facilities, nice breakfast, good location. Also host, Peter, was so nice.

The stairs leading to the top floor are somewhat steep. Need to look out.

The location was great. Nice view of the city from up on the hill, and convenient walking to restaurants. Also very easy to navigate to other areas of the city. Peter was a great host, very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. He set up a Black Taxi Tour for my friend and I, and had lots of other recommendations. Breakfast was tasty and he had good strong coffee. Honestly, it felt like a visit with family. My friend and I agree that we would stay there again.

Parking was a little tricky. The house was a little creaky so I heard the upstairs guests walking around when they came back very late, but not really a problem.
