Unruly people allowed in, some very seedy, turning OFF the electricity inside the unsecured fuse box panels of the WHOLE place. Yelling and carousing by unruly people, not being able to sleep. The owner/manager said she would something about it but never did and it got progressively worse.My food was stolen from the refrigerator, and finally I was harassed by a group of unruly individuals, being forced to call the Bentong Police Department several times. But the top of the cake was the owner/manager sent me a Message via WhatsApp, and saved, suggesting to go to a Hotel, not a guesthouse like hers with ALL bad people. She could not tell the bad people to leave or she would not get Online Reservations/Bookings, or she would be ban from it. And I say rightly so, putting guests in an unsafe position of jeopardy, using and hiding behind Booking.com reputation and company image. That is NOT acceptable and putting guests in a position of jeopardy. I had to leave suddenly and find a Hotel room, where it was available, for personal Safety. That's false advertisement and hiding and using Booking.com to get Online Reservations/Bookings and putting guests in an unsafe position. NOT ACCEPTABLE!
