Very nice and clean room. Super friendly and helpful staff.

We loved it so much! The rooms are built on the water and are very clean, modern and new. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We had a private tour to the floating market and the guide was so nice. They picked us up with the boat right from the homestay! We had a really good time and can highly recommend it. It is a bit outside the city so we rented Motorbikes at the homestay. The manager was helping us with our tickets for our next stop. Everything was easy and perfect.

The rooms are nicely appointed, beds super comfortable within the price range. You can use bikes for free. The manager is very helpful and, though we had a misunderstanding about booking/payment rate, has refunded the difference in our favour.

Every morning from 5 to 7 am a radio broadcast is blasted through a public speaker near the road. You really have to be a heavy sleeper not to get up. It is really loud and travels through all the walls. This is not the property's fault as these speakers are dotted all around the countryside. It is more of a bad luck to be right next to one. The in house restaurant offers meal sets, but these were hit and miss. So we ended up eating at the nearby vendors. Not too many sit down food options within walking distance.

The personal is great, very hepful and funny, the hostel is well localized near all the place to visit in Hanoi, everything can be done by walking,

- the staff was very helpful and gave us tons of amazing restaurants to try and places to visit. They also coordinated the pick up for the shuttle bus to Can Tho for our return. - the possibility to use bikes for free - the atmosphere of the buildings on top of water and next to the river is just magical - very comfortable, large and clean room, hot water and all the supplies you could need.

We stayed in the Homestay for 2 nights and up until the last morning everything was perfect. Unfortunately on the last morning we had planned with the staff to have breakfast at 7am because our shuttle was coming to pick us up at 8am, and there was no staff in the Homestay until 7:40. At this time they prepared « breakfast » for us, which was literally industrial instant noodles in a bowl. We didn’t have breakfast the morning before because we went on the water market excursion, so we couldn’t compare to a previous breakfast but for us this is definitely not a hotel/Homestay breakfast and refused to eat it. We complained about it to the staff/receptionist but unfortunately they didn’t offered neither a compensation nor even an apology about being late and the terrible breakfast they came up with…

I liked the location right next to the locals and not touristy at all.
