"Find somewhere else if u want more than a room to sleep in."

Comfortable rooms. Decent shared baths.

The kitchen & dinning room shown in photos & description was not available. Only a coffee/tea bar in hallway with no sink. I booked for the location and kitchen. Tv had no service. Useless. “Staff” not see except occasionally, not communicative. Boards with nails sticking up left near front door area.

Super friendly staff. Shared bathrooms were normal house bathrooms (shower, toilet, sink in one room, with shower gels, shampoo, hair dryer)

Nothing in walking distance, room had very tall ceiling, hard to heat it

Uuuuum, didn't have breakfast there. The room I stayed in was lovely, clean & roomy. It was an enjoyable stay & I may stay there again. There are two adjacent bathrooms which were well equipped and clean which made having a shared bathroom not a problem. I think I sighted 1 other guest in 4 days, despite the place being fully booked.

There is a lingering & constant Chinese 5* spice smell in the corridor which was unpleasant. The TV in room didn't work.

Manager was nice, he used a translator device to communicate with me. Shared bathrooms were large, clean, with body wash, shampoo, conditioner. Hair dryer in drawer under sink. There was a hallway Tea and Coffee station with water.

Too far from Dunedin City Center. Bed was hard. No TV or phone in room. No towels. 10:30pm loud talking in hall, woke me up so noise issue. No breakfast. A bit overpriced for location and amenities.
