Tui2 Macandrew Bay

The accommodation was well presented, very clean and had great veiws. We wouldn't hesitate to book Tui2 again if we get back to Dunedin.

Tui2 is exceptional, the homestead is beautiful, amenities are all there, the view from the room is breathtaking, so clean and comfortable

having to leave.

Beautifully presented and great location

Since I was going to participate in the Royal Albatross Centre tours that afternoon and evening, I asked the host if I could leave my luggage there before checking in in the afternoon. Upon arrival, the host had already prepared the room for me to leave my luggage in advance and explained how to use the facilities, allowing me to quickly and easily check into my room after the evening tour. The accommodation is beautifully decorated and located close to the coast, making it an ideal place to stay.

The room was upstairs which had a lovely view of the bay and water. It was modern, cosy and the bathroom was spacious with an excellent shower. MacAndrew Bay is a lovely, picturesque area - I took a pleasant walk to a lovely small beach and cafe. There's parking for 2 cars by the house and another at the bottom of the short driveway. Two guest rooms are at the top of the stairs. Room 2 has a nice balcony with a view. (3rd photo)

When I returned from a wedding late at night I discovered both parks were occupied. I parked in front of the others as I didn't want to park all the way down the steep road but when I moved it early the next day, I saw a third parking space at the base of the driveway.

We really love the view it’s a must for us. Only issues is stairs and up hill to drive and park.
