Too noisy because of the different toilet fans from all the rooms around. The place is not built to have all those rooms and toilets.

Great Location!

We liked the location because we wanted to stay on the peninsula rather than in town. The photos are accurate, the studio unit is lovely and cozy. Views are beautiful and it would have been nice to sit outside if the weather had been warm. Parking is great. We enjoyed eating dinner at Portobello tavern on our way back from the Otago Peninsula drive.

Bathroom heater blows cool air so we didn’t use it, so the toilet and shower area is chilly. We knew there was no cooktop, so it was a bit odd to find an otherwise fully equipped kitchen with pots and pans etc. A bit of noise from upstairs when the people upstairs entered their unit or showered.
