"The place was a little off the beaten path, it would have been hard to find without satnav."

"Very Welcoming & A Comfy bed, 5☆"

Shaun was very welcoming inviting us into his home. We were staying for just one evening, father and son, and were very well looked after. Shaun makes a great cup of tea and the bed was very comfortable. 5 star service and great value for money.

Great time even though I arrived later train was delayed it had WIFI so everything was perfect.

The rooms and the bathroom were kept thoroughly clean

The kitchen is not fully functional, it is at discretional use of the landlord. The landlord is not leaving the house and the rooms have no locker.

Pleasant host, who will go out of his way to help. Lovely little garden. Good value for money.

If there was a lock, or at least a little latch, to secure the bedroom door from the inside, the rating would be even higher.
