格局有點怪，從房間可以直接看到淋浴的地方（完全沒有簾子或霧面玻璃）。會有大蚊子。

老宅翻修很特別，地點位置在巷子內，有些難找，但也因此安靜，離知名景點(赤崁樓、孔廟、文學館等)都很近。 浴缸很大、廁所乾濕分離也很大、房間乾淨舒適。 可先寄放行李在一樓大廳。
