the only thing I can say like is the location. which is convenient but also quite loud in the night because it has a small plaza outside. seems a hangout place for some people.

the safety, the communication and the availability is very bad. i almost slipped in the bathroom due to shower water spill. I have to cancel my trip to suit the schedule of the hotel. I left my luggage after check out but I have to come back early to pick up because I cannot get into hotel. I have to wait for someone and follow her to sneak in the hotel to pick up my luggage. no one answer my text and no one help me.

This was an amazing apartment that was modern, immaculately clean and bright and in a central location with French windows and a balcony. Security was excellent and access to the building by key pad was also used the access to the room so no need for keys. There was a lift and walk in shower. Cleaner was in every day and very friendly and helpful. I would definitely book again.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about this apartment.

Prime location.

The house is beautiful and it was great to look out onto Funchal life and the lovely buildings. Our room was immaculate and very clean. The shower was really good and our bed was very comfortable. It is easy to find your way around town from the apartment. which is very central. Communication with Jose was very good and Cecilia, the housekeeper, was extremely helpful and very cheerful and friendly. We loved our stay and will be back!
