Perfectly clean and tidy, the room and linen smelled amazing, everything we needed was provided and it was an extremely comfortable bed. Could not have asked for more and the hosts were absolutely lovely, replied very fast whenever we had a question. It was extremely convenient to travel into the town centre, very good location. It really stood out from all of the other rooms I have stayed in whilst in Italy.

We stayed here for 2 nights and everything was excellent. Clean room, clean bathroom, easy access, Andi & Maya were very helpful with everything. The location is next to a bus stop, 20 mins away from the centre of Bologna by bus, and very close to Santuario Madonna di San Luca, where the view over the city is stunning. Andy & Maya are the best! Thank you for everything!
