No kitchen

The place is so clean and good for family of 12. We were able ti rest well, cook our own food and kids were able to play infront of the beach.

We went during the monsoon and had some sand storm going back at night due to the strong wind. Not the property's fault though but something you can consider (the weather).

I love this property’s location. It’s in Tambisaan Beach where there are few establishments. It’s quiet and it makes you feel that you have your own private beach. Sun worshippers can sunbathe in peace. The host is very helpful and responsive. There’s a common kitchen where you can grill and cook your own meals. Our room had its own kitchen. There are nearby sari-sari stores as well as fish and meat vendors. Water pressure was okay.

It’s some distance from Stations 1, 2, and 3 so we had to book rides to and from the property. What we did was secure the contact information of the shuttle driver who picked us up at the port and arranged to call him for pick up whenever we needed to explore the island. Our room wasn’t cold enough. It fact, it was very hot especially during midday. The a/c was not only defective but it wasn’t powerful enough for a room of that size. The host should install at a new 2hp a/c for the guests to be comfortable. The grounds aren’t as well-maintained as it should be.

Privacy. Location is secluded and very quiet. Situated on an amazing personal beachfront. Also Close to hop on hop off bus stop giving you access to the island. Kitchenette with everything you need to cook your own food for a budget friendly experience. Staff are very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Not a negative but you need to walk along the beach to access property. No problem for us but something you should be aware of.

The location is wonderful as it’s close to a Jetty port. As well the property is away from the busy Boracay areas. I booked this stay for my in-laws and they have been raving about it. The staff are very kind and accommodating. The property is clean and well kept. The ocean view is perfect and right beside the beach.
