Very friendly staff, good showerroom, clean place

Very far from the centre, old and not so much user-friendly kitchenware

The hosts were so accommodating and kind - couldn’t have asked for a better stay for my quick overnight trip to Chennai!

Further from airport than l expected

there are mosquito nets on the windows, it was quiet at night, good sleep. the room has air conditioning. the owner was very kind.

I met Sam and Marina few years ago when i stayed at their homestay. I loved it then and i loved it now. They are so helpful and lovely. They make you feel like family. It was such a pleasure to stay with them again. The room is so clean and Nice, it has everything you need! And Marina's food is amazing! If you ever come to Chennai you should definetly stay with them!

Amazing stay in this homestay again I love it! Sam and Marina are great hosts. The facilities are really good. I highly recommend it

It was the first time I stayed at their new homestay and it was great! The facilities are great and very confortable. I really liked the decoration of the room. Im very glad I stayed here

For what it's worth, the room smelled like mold and the shower after waiting 15 mins to heat up was still chilly. I was more cold after the shower than before. The owners don't live there, it was a self check in at 4am, not a real homestay, instead they have a cook and a manager who don't speak English and harrassed me in the morning to do paperwork check-in after I had clearly them and told the owners I needed to sleep a little more from coming 4am from the airport. Then the owners wife came knocking to ask what the problem is and even after I clearly told her too at that point that I'm in the middle of showering and packing, kept trying to have a long conversation about the manager's behaviour. With little sleep in a bed that was so hard, I could have just slept on the floor, the entire experience was so irritating and not worth the price. I could have stayed in a proper hotel for the price and not have to deal with the extra crap.
