Recently under new management,the place is awesome with close access to all the happening spots in Goa. It has a pool which is obviously a bonus but it still has personal care and attention which is the best part. An awesome place if you're looking to hit up all the party spots.

A great boutique hotel in Goa. The location is not too far from the beaches of Morjim and Anjuna, but you do need to drive for about 10-15 minutes. The ambience is great with good size rooms, a swimming pool and calm, peaceful vibes. The room was clean, cozy and comfortable. The view from the room was nice, overlooking the pool. The staff was warm and friendly. The food was delicious. Overall We had a great time staying there. It has good open space to sit and work also plus cute cats on the property. Mr cosmos is the cutest.

Location is in the middle of all important locations so a good area to access everything else but if you just want to stay in one area then better to choose that area.

Great place and vibe... Will surely come back here and stay for longer period of time.. Rahul is a great host... And the rooms are clean and spacious...good wifi.. All you need to chill and work remotely..!!

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting

This place is peaceful and amazing value for money ... The pool down there is an amazing part of the property.. very sweet people running the place.. always there to help and guide us .. location is great all nice restaurants around the place.. rooms are comfortable and have all that you need for a comfy stay.. lots of open space .. they said yoga and other activities will start during season .. planning to come back to see that .. amazing spot

I loved the ambience of the place, big mango tree, peaceful. Also pool was great. Definitely great value for money. It is new and upcoming place in Siolim area and the team was working hard to give me the best experience. Also amazing breakfast and for that I will come back again. Location is in the center of many places like Vagator, Anjuna, Morjim etc. Wifi was great so I could do my work also easily.

There's nothing big I can think of. All my issues were resolved quickly.
