*miejsce parkingowe; *dostęp do dobrze wyposażonej kuchni; *gniazdka przy szafkach nocnych; *materace dość twarde (może ciut za bardzo, ale to dużo lepsze niż zbyt miękkie); *półeczka pod prysznicem; *sporo miejsca na przechowywanie rzeczy; *balkon;

*Malutkie wieszaki w łazienkach-niestety ręczniki przez to nie schną. W łazience jest dużo miejsca więc można by zamontować wieszaki typu reling tak, aby ręcznik był cały czas rozwieszony; *Ciemno w łazience (święciły się tylko 2 z 4 żarówek) i brak światła nad lustrem;
