Sunrise Yunqi Teahouse

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The hosts were excellent. They were accommodating and friendly.

Food. The host made every effort to accommodate us but the food was not flavorful

Relaxing, friendliness of staff, quantity and quality of breakfast and dinner.

Dining room too much illuminated with white light. No separate toilet room and without door to separate from living room.

Sunrise Yunqi Teahouse had such amazing views. When we arrived, the first thing we did was taking photos at the front of the hotel, instead of checking in 😂. The owner was super lovely and patiently waited for us to finish. The place was huge and clean, so was our room. The whole place was nicely decorated, with poems displayed everywhere - you can tell they put a lot of heart into this place that’s more than a hotel, but rather a show of their love of love and respect for the guests. I also highly recommend booking dinner/breakfast with them - they again put so much heart into serving us with the best possible experience. This guesthouse is such a gem and a great find on our Taiwan trip!

The property is set in a stunning location with views of the mountains and tea fields. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises and sunsets from our room. It’s clean and comfortable. The hosts are so kind and generous. We loved the afternoon tea and breakfast was delicious.

A massive room with great view; Beautiful building; Breakfast was great and you can also have dinner there if you request it ahead which was amazing. Gorgeous and quiet atmosphere. Very friendly host.

No door to the bathroom so you might not want to share the room with someone other than your long-term partner. There are two roads that lead to the entrance and they both have some pretty sketchy parts so if you are a nervous driver or have a very big car, it might not be for you.

Where to start....? A magical place, whose recipe for success takes in a breathtaking location, incredible hosts, and superb facilities.

That we didn't plan to stay here longer. Next time!
