Eden House & Coffee Con Dao

Eden Coffee House An excellent stay in all respects. Room was immaculately clean, bed comfortable, effective air conditioning and adequate bathroom. Location is just on edge of town which is easily walkable and deserted. Lovely sandy beach with bar about 10 min walk away. The area appears very safe though there were a couple of local young men hanging around the beach with uncertain purpose, but taking an interest in bags, so take normal precautions. Breakfast, ordered the day before, was excellent and served just outside rooms. Dinner also available but we found great options in town. Standout for this property however was service. The hosts were available and endlessly helpful from 7am to after 9pm. They offer very reasonable scooter hire, same day laundry service and beach equipment. Scooter hire is definitely the way to go. They are provided by the host's brother, were essentially new and worked well. Be aware that there is no insurance and so be careful. Technically an International Drivers Permit (drivers licence translation) is required but provided you wear a helmet, don't drink/ride and don't exceed speed limits you will be fine. We saw no police but there are plenty of cameras. The road surface is race track good, essentially deserted and even most remote roads have street lights. You could get a taxi but this is way more fun and as safe as scootering can be - just watch out for brutal winds when coming around some headlands.

The owners are very friendly and helpful! The room was clean, the surrounding was quiet and peaceful. Also they made great breakfast

The hosts are very friendly and kind people. The room was pristine. The food and drinks made by the hosts were great. Very good experience, would certainly recommend the place.

Camera spaziosa e pulita, la biancheria viene cambiata ogni due giorni. Colazione abbondante e deliziosa, la migliore di tutto il nostro viaggio in Vietnam. La posizione è leggermente fuori dal centro cittadino ma facilmente raggiungibile con gli scooter disponibili a noleggio ed in ottime condizioni. I proprietari sono sempre disponibili e sorridenti, ci hanno aiutato in seguito ad un problema che abbiamo avuto con il nostro volo. Ottima la grigliata organizzata per la sera di capodanno. Ci torneremo!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Eden House. Les propriétaires sont vraiment incroyables, aux petits soins et toujours souriants. Le petit déjeuner est fabuleux. On peut commander aussi un repas du soir, Trinh est une excellente cuisinière. On se sent tellement bien qu’on y est même resté plus longtemps que prévu.

Tutto è stato perfetto. La proprietaria e suo marito che gestiscono la struttura sono stati gentilissimi e sempre disponibili per ogni suggerimento su cosa fare, dove mangiare e affitto di motorini direttamente in struttura. La loro cucina (colazione e cena) è stata tra le più buone che abbiamo potuto provare. Camera essenziale ma pulitissima e provvista di tutto il necessario.
