It is a very spacious, cozy, and clean apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay.The host is very welcoming! Additionally, the balcony offers a lovely view of the church.

Exceptional host, very friendly and eager to help with local facilities. The location is great, close to the city center and lovely neighborhood. Every facility, from restaurants to super markets are within walking distance. The apartment was very clean and the balcony is great for your morning coffee! Would totally recommend and book my next visit at the same location!

The property is very clean and homey. Spotless.

Everything was just great: location, facilities within the apartment, cleanness, style. I strongly recommend this place if you want to be very close to the center with good train connection to several regional towns & cities and want to enjoy staying in a very good neighborhood with lots of shops and eating out places within walking distance. The flat has a wonderful layout, lots of space and the view from the balcony is so green and relaxing. The place is very comfortable for 4 people as the sofa bed is huge. One of the best places we have ever stayed at. On top of it, Hergen is a fantastic host! It is no nice to be welcomed with such kindness and some cold drinks in the fridge. Thank you!

The only thing maybe that our apartment was on the second floor and there is no lift. But Hergen was so nice to help with the luggage during moving in an out. So this should really be no problem at all.

Absolutely everything has been so carefully considered to make your stay here as nice as possible. The cleanliness, the facilities, the provisions. And from the moment we arrived - which was earlier than planned - until the moment we left, the host, Hergen, couldn't have been more inviting.

Amazing location! Metro and train station just few minutes away. City center just 1h walk. The room is spacious, lot's of light + balcony. Super clean. We honestly have only positive emotions after our stay. P.S. The choice of beverages is better than in any hotel

My partner and I had such a wonderful stay at the Cologne Homestay. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends travelling to Cologne. Hergen is very kind and accommodating. He provided us with some neighbourhood recommendations and we are happy we tried them. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The garden views were quaint and enjoyable. Location is great, the train station is grubby, but it does the job. We were only a few minutes away from the train, and only a few easy stops from the heart of the old city. 10/10.

The train station is not the cleanest or nicest looking, but it has nothing to do with the homestay. The neighborhood is sweet, and has everything you need.
