+ genialny stosunek jakości do ceny. Za stosunkowo niewielką opłatą dostajecie dostęp do czystego, zadbanego, spokojnego, w pełni funkcjonalnego niezależnego mieszkania, + pokój zawierał wszystko co potrzebne na krótki pobyt, a współdzielona z drugim pokojem kuchnia dawała swobodę przygotowania napoi/posiłków, + lokalizacja, obiekt kilkanaście minut spacerem od dworca PKP w Gliwicach, + WiFi, jest i działa, nie było problemów, + Gospodarze, zarówno przed przyjazdem (kontakt był szybki i jasny) jak również podczas pobytu byli życzliwi i pomocni (wskazówka Gospodyni gdzie kupić świeże dobre pieczywo o poranku, zrobiła mi dzień!).

- podłoga skrzypi niemiłosiernie - mieszkanie położone na 3 piętrze ceglanej kamienicy przyjmuje temperaturę z zewnątrz. Byłem jesienią, było chłodno, Latem zapewne jest gorąco.

Pokój zrobiony ze strychu, podczas chodzenia wszystko się trzęsie. Miejsca mało. Czystość bardzo średnia. Łazienka w okropnym stanie.

Jestem bardzo zadowolony. Miałem pokój z biurkiem bardzo mi się przydało podczas pobytu ponieważ byłem w tym czasie na kursie w Instytucie Spawalnictwa i wieczorami trzeba było się coś po uczyć. Dom wyposażony we wszystko co jest potrzebne. Internet śmiga że aż miło. Brakowało tylko TV w pokoju.
